A group of five student members from Cheong Kun Lun College Reading Club has just completed a two-day learning trip to Shenzhen from November 4 to 5, 2017 led by the Resident Fellow Ms. Sisi SUN. Students went to communicate and interact with the Liming Reading Club of Shenzhen University. The purposes of the trip is to enhance the management skill of CKLC reading club members, to exchange ideas on book choice, meeting format, group discussion and to expand both the knowledge and practical skills of students on how to run a better reading club in the future. Students visited the library, teaching building and book store of Shenzhen University, accompanied by the students from Liming Reading Club. On the second day, the reading club students went to visit the Shenzhen Museum to get deeper understanding of local history and culture.
