“CKLC Mentorship Program張崑崙書院師友計劃”, which aims to provide better support to CKLC students’ academic study from faculty staff. We hope through this programme students will be able to have professional advice and share life wisdom from professors.
The details of the Mentorship Program is as follows:
Mentors: All the CKLC Fellows and Affiliates will serve as Mentors in this program.
Mentorship Group Size: 1-3 students with unsatisfactory academic performance will be assigned to 1 mentor;
Mentoring: It’s suggested that a mentor to meet the mentees individually and in group at least two times in a semester. Chatting in CKLC common area, having meals in dining hall, doing sports, inviting mentees to visit labs, and any other activities that will engage students will be as good.
