張崑崙書院於於10月9日舉行了煮食文化工作坊之韓國料理,是次活動由書院北組樓層組負責協調,工商管理學院崔慈瑛教授主持。參與同學在崔教授的指導下,一同炮製出美味的韓式拌飯並一同品嚐。在崔教授帶領下,同學透過煮食工作坊,體驗了韓國地道文化。
CKLC organized a culinary workshop on 9 October 2019. The activity is organized by North floor group and hosted by Dr. Jacey Ja Young CHOE. With Dr Choe’s instructions, participants produced Bibimbap together, which is one of the most representative Korean dish. Participants experienced Korean culture via the culinary workshop.
