致張崑崙書院全體院生：
茲通知2021/2022學年張崑崙書院住宿現正接受申請，申請期為2021年2月1日至2月5 日。如欲申請，請細閱以下詳情：
| 合資格申請者 | 所有張崑崙書院院生
***有需要住宿的院生，包括住宿生和非住宿生，均需填表申請。 |
| 報名日期 | 2021年2月1日 至2月5日晚上23時59分
***恕不接受任何逾期申請。 ***表格在報名期內可多次提交，並會以最後一次提交的申請表為準，此前的所有申請（如有）將會作廢。 |
| 申請表格 | 請登入以下鏈結完成線上申請表格（注意：不適用於微信軟件的二維碼掃瞄）
https://umac.au1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_0DjGe53hYy3KjvU ***報名將以收到確認電郵為準，完成報名後系統將自動發出郵件確認資料遞交成功。如提交表格後沒有收到確認電郵，請聯繫書院辦公室核實遞交情況。否則，遺漏者自負，報名截止後將不接受任何逾期申請。 |
| 申請流程 | 1. 2月5日或之前填寫申請表格；
2. 2月5日或之前檢查是否收到確認電郵； 3. 準備相關證明文件（如有）； 4. 2月至3月期間與書院導師面談 |
| 審核標準 | 續住諮詢委員會將統一審核所有申請。有關審核標準請參閱附件。如有需要，書院將要求申請人提交相關證明文件，書院職員亦會與申請者進行單對單面談。 |
| 注意事項 | · 所有成功申請者將需要與一名室友及連通房間室友共用住宿房間。當房間有床位空缺，書院將會安排新同學入住。
· 由於施工和臨時搬遷，書院將鼓勵學生如非必要不要在2021 / 2022學年的第一學期入住，等待工程完成之後在第二學期再回來書院住。自願支持此書院政策的學生將收到書院發出的特別感謝信。 |

Dear CKLCers,
Please be informed the application for Residence at Cheong Kun Lun College in AY2021/2022 is currently opened from 1 to 5 February 2021. For interested parties, please read the details below:
| Eligibility | All CKLC students
***All students, including current resident members and non-resident members, who intend to apply for the residence at CKLC are required to fill out the application form. |
| Application Period | 1 February- 5 February 23:59
***Late submission will NOT be accepted. *** The application form can be submitted multiple times during the application period. The latest application form will be considered as your final decision. All previous submission (if any) will be disregarded. |
| Application Form | Please find the registration form via the link / QR code below (Please note that the QR Code is NOT applicable by WeChat Scan function):

The application will only be deemed completed after you received the email notification. Please contact the College Office for confirmation if you didn’t receive the email. |
| Application Procedures | 1. Fill out the form by 5 February;
2. Check if you have received the confirmation email by 5 February; 3. Prepare supporting documents (If any); 4. Individual meeting with College academic staff in February/March. |
| Evaluation Criteria | All applications will be reviewed by the Readmissions Advisory Committee. Please refer to the attached evaluation criteria for details. Relevant supporting documents may be requested and interview with College staff may be arranged if necessary. |
| Points–to–note | · All successful applicant is expected to live in a shared room will another roommate as well as connecting-room roommates. The College may arrange students to move-in if there is(are) empty bed space(s) in a shared room anytime.
· Due to the construction work and temporary relocation, RC will encourage students not to apply for RC residence for the first semester but return to RC in the second semester after the construction work finishes. Students who voluntarily support this RC policy will receive a special letter of appreciation. |
