張崑崙書院:濃意八方來,師生共慶佳節

“月是故鄉明,花好人團圓”

九月十六日晚,張崑崙書院成功舉辦了一場富有優秀傳統文化特色的中秋活動——由張崑崙書院院生會精心打造的中秋遊園會,師生同遊,共慶中秋佳節。

在十六日當晚的月圓之際,老師和院生們一同穿上了中國傳統漢服,彷彿穿越時空身處古時花好月圓的盛會。院生們積極參與到院生會精心策劃的特色活動中,在活動學習和各類遊戲中感受中華文化的魅力。本次活動由後羿與嫦娥的故事線展開,舉辦有猜餅,投壺,飛花令等一系列融合創新與傳統的特色活動,讓院生們更加身臨其境地感受中秋佳節的美好。同時活動現場還舉行了一系列讓院生們自己動手參與製作的傳統工藝體驗活動,例如製作香囊、漆扇、燈籠等等。此外,在遊園享樂的同時,大家還紛紛寫下自己的願景祈願,將自己的相思、展望和祝福託付與明月,為這傳統佳節留下一絲溫暖的回憶。

為了能讓院生們感受到濃厚的節日氛圍,院生會的同學們把書院佈置的古色古香,無論是樹上的燈籠還是草坪上的小橋,通過這些巧思將活動現場獨具特色。本次中秋遊園會讓師生們感受到煙火人間,暖意長存的節日溫情,同時也彰顯了張崑崙書院一直以來堅持弘揚中國傳統文化的熱情以及讓師生們感受到家一般溫暖的書院特色。

Cheong Kun Lun College: Teachers and Students Embrace the Mid-Autumn Festival

“The moon shines bright in hometown, and flowers bring people together.”

On the evening of September 16th, Cheong Kun Lun College hosted a vibrant Mid-Autumn Festival event, celebrating the rich cultural heritage of Chinese culture. The atmosphere was filled with joy as professors and students gathered to embrace the spirit of this cherished occasion.

Participants donned traditional Chinese Hanfu, immersing themselves in the celebration reminiscent of ancient moon-viewing traditions. CKLC House Association organized a variety of engaging activities that blended modernity with tradition, allowing students to experience the allure of Chinese culture firsthand. With the legendary figures Hou Yi and Chang’e as thematic background, activities included cake guessing, pot throwing, and flower poem games, fostering a sense of community and festive spirit.

In addition to these games, students had the opportunity to create traditional crafts, including sachets, lacquer fans, and lanterns, as well as prepare traditional foods. Attendees were also invited to write down their hopes and prayers, entrusting their sentiments to the bright moon, thereby creating lasting memories during this significant occasion.

To enhance the festival experience, the College was beautifully decorated in an antique style, with handmade props contributing to the festive atmosphere. Various activities were strategically placed throughout the college, allowing students to fully immerse themselves in the traditional charm of the Mid-Autumn Festival.

This unique celebration not only brought warmth and joy to all participants but also showcased Cheong Kun Lun College’s commitment to promoting Chinese traditional culture. The event exemplified the college’s dedication to fostering a sense of community, making CKLC residents feel the warmth of home during this special time.
