Brief Introduction of Dr. Alfred Wong:
黃承發博士出生在中國澳門，於2009年在香港理工大學工業及系統工程系博士畢業，現任澳門大學科技學院機電工程系助理教授。他的研究領域涵蓋人因工程，企業資源計劃系統，工業工程，知識管理等。黃承發博士於於2017年8月被任命為澳門交通諮詢委員會副主席。並為澳門智慧城市聯盟協會理事長、澳門工程師學會榮譽會長、廣東省科協第八屆委員會特邀委員、中國機械工程學會高級會員、英國皇家特許計量及控制學會會士、英國特許屋宇工程師學會工程師及會士。現為澳門中華茶道會副會長、澳門競新書畫學會副理事長、文教出版協會副會長。除了科研和教學外，喜愛中華茶道及繪畫荷花。
