設立目的 Purpose of Establishment

為鼓勵及肯定院生積極參與書院及貢獻書院社區，完善本院學生獎勵體系，進一步彰顯本院全人教育理念及對書院社區精神的高度重視，張崑崙書院設立“張崑崙書院年度獎項”(下稱獎學金)。本獎學金計劃面向本院所有年級符合相應獎項資格的院生，旨在構建一個更公平、更包容、更注重社區價值貢獻的獎勵機制。它不僅是對學生過去學年付出的肯定，更是對未來持續參與和貢獻書院社區建設的期許與激勵，最終服務於本院培養全面發展、具有高度社會責任感和社區歸屬感優秀人才的核心使命。

To encourage and recognize students’ active participation in College life and contributions to the College community, to further refine the student reward system, and to reinforce Cheong Kun Lun College’s commitment to whole-person education and College community spirit, the College established the “Cheong Kun Lun College Annual Awards” (hereinafter referred scholarship). This Scholarship is open to students from all year levels who meet the respective award criteria. It aims to create a fairer, more inclusive reward mechanism that places greater emphasis on contributions to community values. The Scholarship not only acknowledges students’ past efforts but also serves as an encouragement and expectation for their continued participation in and contribution to the College community over the past academic year(s). Ultimately, it supports the College’s core mission of nurturing whole-person development talents with a strong sense of social responsibility and community belonging.

對象 Target Audience

所有張崑崙書院各年級院生（包括住宿及非住宿生），並於當學年學籍狀態為在讀的院生

All Cheong Kun Lun College students from all year levels (including both residential and non-residential students) whose status for the current academic year is “active”.

申請期 Application Period

每年3月 – 4月

March – April of the year

獎學金種類及資助形式 Scholarship Category and Funding Methods

經評選委員會批准獲獎者名單後，張崑崙書院向相關獎學金得主發放獎學金。

Upon the approval of recipient lists by the Selection Committee, Cheong Kun Lun College will distribute the funds to the related scholarship recipients.

申請方法 Application Method

在指定申請期內填妥並提交線上獎學金申請表格。

Complete and submit the online scholarship application form within the specified application period.

遴選程序及標準 Selection Procedure and Criteria

評選委員會將評估符合資格的申請人在過去和當學年的表現，並確定獲獎者及其最終獎金金額。評選委員會成員包括書院院長、副院長、書院導師、行政職員和一名獨立成員。

The selection committee will assess the performance of eligible applicants in past and current academic years, and determine the awardees and their final award amounts. The selection committee includes the College Master, Associate Master, Resident Fellow, Administrative Staff and one independent member.

獎學金發放方式 Scholarship distribution method

由財務部以自動轉帳等方式支付得奬者。

The scholarship will be paid to the awardees by the Finance Office (FO) via automatic transfer.

受資助者的義務以及違反義務的後果 Obligations of Awardees and Consequences of Non-Compliance

受資助者須如實提交申請資料及作出聲明。如學生未達到上述學藉狀態之規定，或經發現提供虛假資料或聲明，張崑崙書院有權終止頒發獎學金。其獲奬學金的資格會被取消及要求學生退還相關的獎學金，並依法承擔倘有的行政、民事及刑事責任，同時於以後不接納其申請此計劃。

Awardees are required to submit application materials and declarations truthfully. Should a student fail to meet the current status requirements stipulated above, or should it be discovered that false information or declarations have been provided, Cheong Kun Lun College reserves the right to terminate the award of the Scholarship. The student’s eligibility for the Scholarship will be revoked, and the student will be required to return the Scholarship funds. The student may also be subject to applicable administrative, civil, and criminal liabilities in accordance with the law, and future applications for this scheme will not be accepted.
